We scheduled the appointment last Wednesday and emailed within 24 hours about not receiving the confirmation code. They informed us to wait 72 hours for the confirmation.
We waited, but never received it. After sending another email, they requested our information.
We received a response after 24 hours stating we needed to wait another 72 hours for the technical department's reply. If we have to wait another 72 hours, the appointment will be cancelled since it's scheduled for Wednesday, and this would push it to Thursday.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I'm almost done with my passport appointment, but in the end, when I choose how to pay, there's always an error in the e-payment system.

Their online appointment system consistently fails.
Most of the staff in SM Manila office is rude and one was even cursing under their breath, only the security guards were polite and respectful.

Your online appointment sucks!!
I did not receive an email about my appointment code to continue my previous appointment and to send a payment. Can you do something on your online appointment process please.
Authentication Sappointment
scheduling an appointment for authentication of docs is very difficult. website only allows limited slots available and only gives 1 week of schedule in ALL LOCATIONS.

puro ipapa urgent dw yung confirmation hanggang sa dumating na ung sched wala parin confirmation para maipakita sa guard ung appointment 1 week na twagan walang improvement

Very poor customer service at alabang branch. Very rude and not welcoming.please go to the main branch in Manila very polite and excellent customer service.

Nung ngprocess Po ako ng authentication ko hnd nmn ngsabi n staff n after lunch Po Ang releasing for authentication...kht delayed n yung claiming k ng documents ko for authentication at nkiusap sa guard nla ay hndi daw tlga pwede pmsok kc yung releasing daw after lunch..to think n maaga pa po n punta ko..sa iBang branch nmn ng dfa ngeentertain sla ng releasing as long as nsa proper pila ka

Passport appointment system sucks big time. PRevious appt canceled due to lockdown, was promised that a rescheduling email was going to be sent, but didn't get any.
COuldn't reschedule in the system, and customer svc is non existent. Note that I already paid for my previous appt. So now I'm trying to set a new schedule, about to pay, but courier requires additional data points but there is no way to input needed data. So i tried again only to be told that i needed to cancel the previous appt before i can make a new one.
